Fit3D Scan

Body scans are the new high standard for monitoring progress. All our clients start with a baseline Fit3D scan. Our expert trainers utilize this data to document progress. An accurate scan creates a 3D model (avatar), providing an image of the client’s body. Extremely accurate data of body measurements, posture analysis, and additional data is gathered and recorded. This allows us to accurately calculate body fat and to highlight changes in the shape and/or to set goals.

Quark CPETMetabolic Analysis

The Quark CPET is the ideal solution for the assessment of the body’s response to physiological and metabolic states of health.
